-During service, it is possible that Data may be lost. APHONE will not be responsible for any loss of Data.
-In servicing your product, APHONE may use parts or products that are new or refurbished or aftermarket and equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
-To prevent fraud, if you do not have a receipt and elect to give you a return, we will need to record your personal information.
-We can accept a return within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt if the following conditions are met:
*If the item is new, unused, and sealed.
*If open (not new, not sealed, or the seal has been broken the item must be in perfect condition with all packaging, manuals, cables, power adapters and anything else that came with it when sold initially.
*We do not accept any opened and used products that may breach the health & safety regulations such as headsets, ear pieces and headphones.
*Please note change of mind returns are not available for the special orders, Clearance products, it can take up to 2 weeks for the amount to be credited to your account.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, replacement parts, or accessories. Normal wear and tear are not covered by this Limited Warranty
-WARRANTY DO NOT COVER FOR WATER, LIQUID OR PHYSICAL DAMAGED.
-If the device is non-responsive, APHONE are not liable for any additional faults that may arise in the device after completion of repair.
